Ms Ciara Bowers is a consultant plastic surgeon specialising in burns, reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, on the GMC Specialist Register for plastic surgery.
UK-trained, Ms Bowers returned to Northern Ireland in 2025 to join the Bloomfield Laser Clinic team, having completed her plastic surgery training in Yorkshire. Following her training she completed advanced fellowships in burns, scarring and reconstruction, as well as the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) Aesthetic Mentorship under Mr Nicholas Rhodes at the prestigious Coppergate Clinic.
She offers a range of plastic surgery including skin oncology, scar revision and aesthetic procedures. Her favourite procedures are upper blepharoplasty and lip lifts — small adjustments she has seen make a real difference to both body and mind.
Ms Bowers provides these local-anaesthetic procedures at Bloomfield Laser Clinic and Belfast Skin Clinic, with more complex general-anaesthetic procedures carried out at the Coppergate Clinic in York. She sees patients of any age and is registered with Aviva and WPA.
